Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to help run shifts, support team members, and ensure service quality. You will take a lead role when the General Manager or Manager in Training is unavailable, guiding adherence to standards and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include assisting with product preparation and delivery, maintaining restaurant standards, and delivering fast, friendly service to customers. Flexible schedules and both full-time and part-time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and assist with team management and leadership in the absence of the GM or MIT.
• Help ensure compliance with company standards across product preparation and delivery, restaurant maintenance and customer relations.
• Provide fast, accurate service and support a positive dining experience for customers.
