Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is hiring a Shift Lead to supervise daily operations and step in for the General Manager when needed. You will train Team Members, ensure fast, accurate service, and uphold company standards in food preparation, delivery, and customer relations.

Responsibilities include coordinating the team, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and supporting safe, friendly service. Flexible schedules and employee benefits are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts and assume leadership in the absence of the GM or MIT.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with company standards across operations, including food prep, delivery, and customer relations.
• Oversee restaurant maintenance, team management, and ensure fast, accurate service for customers.
