Mo’ Bettahs is looking for a Shift Lead to oversee a team during shifts and help maintain the high standard of service the brand is known for. The role includes supporting the absence of the General Manager or MIT and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising teammates, upholding product prep and delivery standards, and delivering fast, accurate service to customers to create the best dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leads perform all Team Member duties with added leadership for a smooth shift.
• Take on leadership if the General Manager or MIT is absent.
• Help ensure customer service is fast, accurate and aligned with company standards.
