Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is looking for a Shift Lead who can step in for a GM or Manager in Training to keep a shift running smoothly. You’ll assist with product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and team management, helping the crew deliver fast, accurate service.

Requirements include being at least 18 years old, having a valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the United States; restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management and other duties as required or assigned.
• Lead the team in giving customers the best experience with fast and accurate service.
• Steer operations in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training (MIT).
