Job summary

Peet’s Coffee in Irvine, CA is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily operations, lead a small team, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, inventory tasks, and maintaining a welcoming coffee bar.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a leadership role and experience with POS systems, with availability for flexible hours. Compensation ranges from $22.50 to $23.00 per hour, plus tips and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role and/or directing the work of others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities in related industry.
