Job summary

Velvet Taco in Round Rock, TX is hiring for a Shift Leader to supervise hourly team members and engage guests with a friendly, professional approach. You will open, mid, and close shifts, handle guest concerns, manage cash and POS operations, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

We look for 21+ candidates with at least 2 years in a restaurant leadership role, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and ready to contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment with a fun

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Shift Leader/Supervisor in a Restaurant Environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays depending on Restaurant needs.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in cash-handling, POS operations, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Hourly Team Members and interacts with Guests in a friendly, professional, and responsive way.
• Executes opening, mid, and closing duties daily following Velvet Taco’s standard procedures and recipe guidelines.
• Skilled at handling Guest concerns and guiding them toward a positive resolution.
• Presents self as a leader among the Team Members and one that motivates others to follow procedures, work with a sense of urgency, and ensure a positive Guest experience.
• Communicates and delivers a friendly, welcoming, exceptional guest experience.
