Responsibilities

• Lead the customer experience with consistent, quality service.
• Maintain speed of service during high-volume peaks.
• Onboard and train new team members.
• Upsell to increase sales and monitor profitability.
• Be the subject matter expert in cash handling, POS, and health standards.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and shift coverage.
