Bericap NY, LLC is seeking a Production Team Lead - Process Technician to ensure smooth manufacturing operations on rotating continental shifts. The role focuses on monitoring injection molding processes, troubleshooting, and leading process improvements with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience with injection molding, strong leadership, and the ability to train and supervise frontline staff.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience with injection mold machines.
• Degree or technical certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor injection process parameters and optimize cycle time.
• Lead or participate in mold and product design reviews when required.
• Mentor operators and manage training plans.
• Enforce 5S and safety policies across the plant floor.
• Coordinate with planning and maintenance for quick equipment repairs.
