Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization seeking experienced Process Technicians to support injection molding operations and help bridge the gap between machine operators and engineering teams. This role offers hands-on troubleshooting, process improvement, and ownership of production performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on manufacturing experience; injection molding preferred.
• Ability to analyze process conditions and adjust equipment with sound judgment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read specs and drawings.
• Experience with quality documentation and process monitoring is a plus.
• Effective communication and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize processes by adjusting machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and startup activities per standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and document production data.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams on improvements.
• Provide guidance to operators and promote safe, consistent operations.
