Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum five years’ hands-on injection molding experience with plastics.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plastic department improvements and supervise daily tasks.
• Maintain and optimize injection molding processes to reduce scrap and downtime.
• Setup machines, tools, and BOM-based materials for production demands.
• Train entry level technicians and assist with safety and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot molding issues and implement corrective actions.
