Bericap NY, LLC is seeking an Injection Operator to operate molding and packaging equipment, monitor quality, and maintain inventory for production schedules. You will perform routine maintenance, document checks, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations.

A high school diploma and 1–2 years in manufacturing are preferred. This on-site role requires being able to stand for long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience running multiple machines simultaneously preferred.
• Working knowledge of injection molding is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding and packaging machines per schedule and Bericap standards.
• Maintain inventory and packaging supplies; label finished goods per BOM.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and document quality checks.
• Enter downtime and scrap into WE3 system; collaborate with other departments as required.
