Job summary

Bericap NY, LLC is seeking a Production Team Lead - Process Technician to oversee injection molding operations and drive process improvements on the day shift. You will monitor machine performance, lead troubleshooting, and ensure quality and safety standards are met while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

You will lead process analyses, train operators, and coordinate with maintenance and planning to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience with injection mold machines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes and resin behavior.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and implement improvements.
• Experience with vision systems and automated equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily process parameters on injection machines and color systems.
• Lead process improvements to reduce cycle times and defects.
• Train operators and participate in start-ups of new equipment.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards on the plant floor.
• Review quality issues and coordinate with maintenance and planning.
• Conduct process-related training and participate in root-cause analyses.
