Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in fast-paced lean manufacturing.
• Experience in plastics or injection molding environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Coach and develop 30+ team members including operators and leads.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage training, staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
