Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in injection molding, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and materials.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality control systems.
• Experience with ERP or production tracking systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of mold changeovers, machine parameter optimization, and cycle time reduction.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Experience with molding and auxiliary equipment (dryers, chillers, robots) preferred.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production team members.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality and minimizing downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with Maintenance to address issues.
• Train and mentor team members to support skill growth and productivity.
• Enforce safety protocols, standards, and company policies.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits for quality compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to optimize workflow.
• Maintain production records and prepare management reports.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on efficiency and waste reduction.
