Job summary

Activate on the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN seeks a full-time Shift Lead to energize every interaction and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll guide customers, coach Game Facilitators, and serve as the first contact for escalations, technical issues, and room operations.

As a leader on shift, you’ll train new staff, oversee a team of 10+, manage check-ins, payments, and inventory, and ensure program standards are followed while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar role focusing on customer relations.
• Experience overseeing a team of 10+ is an asset.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails, capitalize opportunities, and troubleshoot bookings.
• Assist customers at check-in, handle invoices, payments, and check-in overrides.
• Resolve complaints and escalate to Store Leader as needed.
• Communicate status of the facility to the team and customers.
• Ensure Activate Programs are applied per standards.
