Job summary

Altar'd State in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Part-Time Guest Lead to support store leadership in delivering an outstanding guest experience, maintaining visually compelling presentations, and coaching associates to meet sales and service goals.

As a Guest Lead, you will model brand standards, lead by example, manage opening/closing, and help ensure loss prevention while representing the Stand Out For Good mission at our Mall of America location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds.
