Job summary

Birdcall Operations LLC in Fort Collins, CO is seeking Hourly Managers to run the shift, coach the crew, and ensure every plate looks right and every guest feels welcome. You’ll work with the GM and Area Director, conduct line checks, manage expediting, scheduling, and safety, and help maintain quality, speed, and hospitality during busy service.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and shift accounting.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain alcohol service permit and ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Run line checks, prep, and par levels, and coach plating and timing on the pass.
• Work the floor at peak hours, resolve guest complaints and pass compliments.
• Complete FOH log, assign stations, schedule breaks, and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Lead the team with daily feedback and inform management on performance and staffing.
• Keep the workplace safe, clean, and harassment-free and report incidents to the GM.
• Complete FOH and BOH checks every shift.
• Control labor, food cost and waste; follow cash handling procedures.
