Qualifications

• Must meet applicable minimum age requirements for the position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to use computers, touchscreens, phones, and basic workplace technology.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Willingness to learn and follow Domino’s standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and set the pace for the team during shifts.
• Work alongside team members during busy periods and help direct priorities.
• Assist customers at the front counter and pickup window with friendly service.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally and ensure order processing accuracy.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Domino’s standards and monitor quality and speed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store and coach new team members as needed.
• Manage workflow and adjust priorities during busy periods and communicate shift information to management.
