Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is looking for a dependable Shift Lead to help guide the team and keep the store running smoothly. This hands-on leadership role involves directing the shift, maintaining standards, solving problems, and creating a positive work environment while continuing to serve customers and assist with daily operations.

Previous management experience helps but isn’t required; training is provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to lead.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to use computers, touchscreens, phones, and basic workplace technology.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and guide the team during shifts.
• Assist customers at the front counter and pickup window.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and address concerns calmly.
• Take and process orders accurately and prepare pizzas per Domino’s standards.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and service speed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store; delegate tasks as needed.
• Coach team members and support onboarding of new staff.
• Communicate shift information to store management and assist with daily operations.
