Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment (retail, car wash) preferred
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
• Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role as defined by federal, state, and local laws
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

Responsibilities

• Supports site leadership by executing assigned operational tasks; does not participate in managerial decision-making or formal leadership duties
• Provide direction to team members during shifts as delegated by site management, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards
• Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues to the Site Manager or Assistant Manager
• Greet and engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting membership programs and promotions
• Demonstrate knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, promotions, and processes
• Safely operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals
• Monitor vehicle entry and exit procedures to ensure safe, damage-free experiences
• Delegate team members to workstations and monitor for efficiency and quality
• Assist in cleanliness and upkeep of the facility including vacuums, restrooms, and outdoor areas
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe environment
• Conduct quality control checks on interior and exterior cleaning standards
• Assist with opening/closing procedures per company protocols; financial handling and site security are guided by management
• Serve as a keyholder; assist in opening/closing procedures including securing the site
• Address customer issues or elevate concerns to management as needed
• Model and enforce adherence to policies, safety procedures and operating standards
• Perform other duties to support site operations
