Sizzling Platter LLC in Chesterfield, VA is seeking a Shift Lead for Wingstop to supervise crew, support operations, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will coach team, manage food quality, safety, and opening/closing procedures, including cash handling, while delivering fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet Wingstop standards.
Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
Delegate tasks effectively to maintain efficiency during peak business periods.
Support training and onboarding of new team members.
