Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an energetic shift leader to supervise daily shift operations, ensuring food safety, proper food preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. You may cashier or cook while supervising team to deliver a standout guest experience.

The role emphasizes training newer crew, inventory control, maintaining policy adherence, and coordinating breaks. You will lead by example to maintain speed and quality during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and supervise team members.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service with a guest-friendly environment.
• Trains newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Practices inventory control standards.
• Store policies are followed by staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Coordinate breaks efficiently.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Assist in keeping kitchen and dining area clean.
• Ensure health safety conscious.
• Close procedures completed.
• Promote Wingstop Brand and enforce operating requirements.
• Enforce uniform and jewelry policy.
• Ensure positive guest impression of Wingstop.
• Cash is controlled and refunds accounted for.
• Daily and weekly cleaning tasks completed.
• Orders quote times met and adjusted for peak hours.
• Overtime avoided unless approved.
• Kitchen is well manned and organized during peak periods.
