Job summary

Pilot Company in Houston, TX is hiring for a Guest Services position. You will process merchandise and fuel transactions, lead a shift of 1–2 cashiers, and ensure quality service for every guest.

Key duties include completing end-of-shift reports, handling restricted merchandise sales compliantly, maintaining a tidy work area, and assisting with travel center tasks as needed. Weekly pay and a wide benefits package are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Cashier experience or front-line customer service desired.
• Ability to supervise a small shift and delegate tasks.
• Basic up-selling and POS knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of 1–2 cashiers and process all cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol/tobacco sale rules.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and safe environment.
• Resolve guest issues per company processes and escalate when needed.
• Assist with deli, restrooms, stocking, and other travel center tasks.
