Pilot Company is seeking a Guest Services lead at our Indiana travel center. You will supervise 1–2 cashiers, process all cash, credit, and debit transactions, and complete end-of-shift reports while maintaining a clean, organized area.

You’ll promote products, deliver quality service to every guest, and handle issues per company policies. The role includes scheduling breaks and supporting various travel-center tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Formación

• Experience handling cash and card transactions.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to assist guests.
• Ability to supervise a small team and manage shift tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Follow company and local guidelines with regards to the sale of restricted merchandise (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Use suggested selling methods to promote and sell products.
• Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest.
• Handle guest complaints and issues per company processes; resolve team conflicts; communicate issues to management.
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift.
• Assist with other travel center functions (deli, showers/restrooms, stocking, coffee).
• Model behaviors that support the company’s purpose and support guests and team members at the highest level.
• Ensure all activities comply with rules, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
