Qualifications

• Experience delivering quality guest service
• Ability to lead a small cashier shift
• Familiarity with cash, credit and debit transactions

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of 1–2 cashiers to process cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures
• Follow guidelines on sale of restricted merchandise (alcohol, tobacco)
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Use upselling techniques to promote products
• Ensure high-quality service for every guest
• Handle guest complaints; resolve team conflicts; inform management
• Plan break schedules and team placement during shift
• Assist with deli, showers/restrooms, stocking, and other travel-center tasks
• Model company values and support guests and team members
• Ensure compliance with all rules and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned
