• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Follow company and local guidelines regarding alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Promote and sell products using suggested selling methods.
• Ensure high-quality service for every guest.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues per procedures; communicate with management.
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift.
• Assist with other center functions (deli, showers/restrooms, stocking, coffee).
• Model behaviors supporting the company’s purpose and support guests and team members.
