Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a Property Operations Supervisor for an off-track betting location. You will support the Property Operations Manager, oversee shifts, and ensure daily operations meet company standards and guest expectations.

You will lead staff, interact with guests, explain gaming terminals and promotions, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls. The role requires flexible hours, strong leadership, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role with direct reports.
• Experience in customer service and staff development.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to obtain and maintain work cards and gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Operations Manager with interviewing, onboarding, training, and supervising staff.
• Interact with customers and employees to maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere.
• Explain terminals, Club benefits, and site amenities to guests and staff.
• Address customer and staff concerns promptly and fairly.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and safe procedures in the manager's absence.
• Recommend service improvements and revenue opportunities to the manager.
• Monitor compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
