Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking an OTB Host to act as a subject matter expert on the floor, greeting guests and providing courteous service. You will manage cash transactions, assist with terminal operations, and lead other OTB Hosts under the Property Operations Manager’s guidance.

Responsibilities include customer engagement, mentoring teammates, handling escalated issues, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment on the gaming floor.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting customers and building rapport.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Experience with pari-mutuel equipment and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Walk the gaming area to engage customers and employees with a positive demeanor.
• Explain terminal operations, Club benefits, and site amenities.
• Count and maintain cash bank and transactions accurately.
• Train and lead OTB Hosts; assume duties in leadership absence.
• Troubleshoot minor terminal and player tracking system issues.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
