Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (retail, restaurant, or similar preferred)
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Leadership and communication skills that motivate a team
• Ability to work efficiently and make decisions under pressure
• Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a positive experience during shifts
• Lead, coach, and support team members throughout the shift
• Operate the point-of-sale register and manage daily store operations
• Plan and create engaging merchandise displays
• Restock shelves, deli bar, coolers, and freezers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including trash removal and restroom cleaning
• Handle customer concerns and ensure 5-star service
• Assist with inventory, staff scheduling, and shift coverage
• Oversee janitorial and maintenance teams to meet cleanliness and safety standards
