Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader in Fort Walton Beach, FL to help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by guiding them to smoothies and retail products that support healthy living. The role includes stepping in to lead the team when the General Manager is not in the store and ensuring a friendly, efficient experience.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of restaurant or retail customer service experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsabilités

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies and engages guests to ensure their order aligns with goals.
• Greets guests and provides a friendly experience.
• Properly preps fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Completes store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes Smoothie King culture, values, and mission.
• Assists in team member management during shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/close store assignments.
