Responsibilities

• Keeps General Manager informed about problems or unusual matters of significance
• Assist Team Members at the POS with upselling to Guests
• Ensure deployment maps are used and Team Members understand assigned stations
• Assist in Team Member management during scheduled shifts
• Support adherence to company standards for operations and brand identity
• Encourage on-shift Team Members to exceed goals and complete checklist tasks
• Provide a guest-focused service experience and greet guests
• Blends smoothies according to recipe tickets for consistent taste
• Balance cash handling and inventory reporting responsibilities with honesty
• Promote Smoothie King culture, values, vision and mission
• Demonstrate ethical tasks and do things the right way in store operations
• Time management: arrive on time and manage shift tasks efficiently
• Maintain a positive work-life balance while ensuring schedule adherence
• Communicate effectively with the team to complete shift tasks
