Job summary

SunLife Organics in Thousand Oaks is seeking a dedicated team member to become a SunLife Samurai. You’ll lead by example, mentor associates, and deliver exceptional guest experiences behind the counter or on the floor.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to stay energized in a fast-paced environment. Weekend/evening/holiday availability preferred; compensation starts at $19.42 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• 6+ months food service experience preferred.
• Passion for leadership, customer service, and SunLife brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire associates, mentor team to stay motivated and aligned with SunLife goals.
• Create an amazing guest experience with friendly greetings and product recommendations.
• Keep operations running smoothly, ensuring cleanliness, safety, inventory, and adherence to policies.
• Train new associates on SunLife standards, products, and systems.
• Engage with the local community to build brand loyalty.
