Job summary

SunLife Organics in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Samurai to lead by example and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a frontline leader, you’ll mentor associates, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold SunLife’s standards with energy and enthusiasm.

You'll bring at least 6 months in food service, a passion for service, and strong communication skills. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is preferred to keep the vibe thriving.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of food service experience.
• A passion for leadership, customer service, and SunLife values.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire associates, set the tone, and maintain smooth operations.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with friendly guidance and product knowledge.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, inventory control, and adherence to policies.
• Train new associates on SunLife standards, products, and systems.
• Engage with the local community to build brand loyalty.
