ApplegreenShift Supervisors lead daily operations at our travel plaza, ensuring top customer service and adherence to brand standards. You will supervise team members, train new staff, and maintain cash handling procedures while upholding food safety and quality across all duties.

We seek individuals who stay composed under pressure, communicate clearly, and actively contribute to a fast-paced guest experience. Flexible scheduling is available and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and handle payments per policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating and storage.
• Assist in training new team members and monitoring compliance.
• Follow brand standards, safety procedures and company policies.
