Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Columbus, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and help manage daily store operations across shifts. Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure the store is ready for Guests at all times.
• Prepare DipSide items and beverages (shakes/malts, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas).
• Operate POS system and gas console; authorize and record transactions and handle payments.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, coffee pots and ice dispensers; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain awareness of Guests and prevent shop-lifting and gas drive-offs; follow cash-drop procedures.
• Keep store and parking lot safe, clean and organized; monitor temperatures of refrigeration equipment.
• Accurately complete time records and the Customer First Document.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
• Speak, hear, and understand English well to communicate with customers.
