Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, guest experience, and brand execution in our Chicago store. You will lead the team on shifts, assign tasks, train staff, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering great guest service.

You will manage line flow, promote sales through in-store promotions, handle cash, maintain food safety standards, and resolve guest issues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams on shifts.
• Experience in guest service and resolving complaints.
• Familiarity with brand standards and store policies.
• Ability to manage cash handling and daily cash procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead team on shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Promote sales through in-store promotions and suggestive selling.
• Ensure security procedures and operating policies are followed.
• Open/close duties and transition responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain product quality standards and food safety practices.
