Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvement actions.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to the team.
• Support RM with training, marketing and vendor coordination as applicable.
• Maintain safety, food safety and sanitation compliance.
