Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Key Holder to manage daily operations at a Florida location. You will greet customers, explain membership options, and drive sales while delivering a legendary car wash experience.

You’ll assist with opening and closing, supervise teammates, maintain equipment, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced setting. This role offers paid training, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service and greet guests with a smile.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and memberships to meet needs.
• Drive membership sales while ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
• Assist with opening and closing site responsibilities and maintain standards.
• Support team productivity, breaks, and safety of all employees.
• Ensure facilities are clean and presentable and comply with policies.
