Job summary

ModWash is seeking a dedicated Key Holder in Longwood, FL to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, present membership options, and guide guests through packages while maintaining high service standards.

In this role you’ll motivate teammates in a fast-paced environment, assist with opening/closing duties, and ensure safety and equipment readiness. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

• Actively sell ModWash packages and membership options.
• Safely guide and assist guests through packages and options.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals.
• Handle opening/closing site responsibilities; maintain site standards.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Oversee productivity, breaks and safety of employees.
• Seek ways to improve the business; comply with policies and laws.
• Keep facilities clean and presentable at all times.
