Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and greet guests with a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and help select the best option.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate to meet sales goals and maintain site standards.
• Perform opening/closing duties and manage on-site operations.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Oversee productivity, breaks, and safety of staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve the business and comply with policies.
