Job summary

QDOBA in Carson City, NV is seeking a Shift Lead to run daily restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Manager. You will uphold brand standards, ensure guest service and food quality, and lead team members with a positive, professional attitude.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months in restaurant operations, and completion of Shift Lead training. Must be 18+, English communication is required; ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Must complete Shift Lead training classes.
• English communication is required; Spanish comprehension is helpful.
• Must have access to adequate transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains brand image through restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and service.
• Leads team to deliver excellent guest service and food quality.
• Executes protocols for daily activities to achieve operational excellence.
• Trains internal candidates for Shift Lead positions and assists in onboarding.
• Interacts with guests to resolve questions and complaints promptly; escalates as needed.
• Analyzes operational and financial performance using management tools.
