QDOBA is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Reno, NV to oversee daily operations alongside the Restaurant Manager. You will lead staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure top-tier guest service and food quality.

The role emphasizes people development, compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to sales growth while maintaining profitability. A strong hospitality mindset and leadership presence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related degree/certification is a plus.
• Proven supervisory or management experience in the restaurant industry.
• Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations in partnership with the Restaurant Manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; ensure proper training systems.
• Assist with catering sales growth and community engagement.
• Develop internal candidates for future leadership roles.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, and guest satisfaction.
