Job summary

QDOBA seeks a restaurant operations leader to manage daily activities alongside or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. The role focuses on building a people- and guest-centric culture, delivering exceptional service and food quality while enforcing policies and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, coaching, and performance evaluation, ensuring brand standards, and driving long-term sales growth with P&L awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years' experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager in a customer service environment with some P&L responsibility.
• Ability to communicate in English is required; Spanish comprehension is helpful.
• Must successfully complete the in-house management training program.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching and evaluation; assign activities and tasks.
• Ensure guest service and food quality meet brand standards and safety requirements.
• Analyze performance with management tools; drive profitability and sales growth.
• Maintain brand image through restaurant cleanliness and maintenance.
• Lead by example and develop internal candidates for leadership roles.
