Job summary

QDOBA is seeking an experienced General Manager in Nevada to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage sales against budgets. You will partner with leadership to grow catering, train staff on safety, and control food and labor costs while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

The role requires 5+ years in hospitality with at least 3+ years in a management position; a high school diploma is required, and a hospitality-focused background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree is a plus.
• Proven supervisory or management experience in the restaurant industry.
• Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employee scheduling practices.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to work 18+ years old and legally eligible to work.
• Ability to lift objects and stand for extended periods; food handler’s certification preferred.
• 5+ years hospitality experience and 3+ years in restaurant management or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service and model restaurant hospitality.
• Assist in maximizing store sales against budget and marketing programs.
• Oversee and contribute to catering sales growth.
• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures.
• Work with leadership to meet sales goals and manage costs.
• Interview and hire team members; provide proper training.
• Ensure safe working conditions and maintain inventory levels.
