Job summary

QDOBA is seeking a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts and supervise staff. You will ensure outstanding service, create shift schedules, handle no-shows, delegate tasks, manage cash deposits, and report issues to management.

The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure accurate duties, and maintain smooth workflows with strong communication and organizational skills. This on-site role offers competitive pay and flexible schedules in California.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as a Shift Leader or similar role in retail preferred.
• Ability to create shift schedules and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, assign duties, and create a shift schedule.
• Monitor team performance and ensure efficient duties.
• Report issues to management during shifts.
• Handle employee requests and transgressions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety standards.
• Coach team members and train new staff.
• Open/close registers, account for daily intake, and prepare cash deposits.
• Address customer issues and resolve employee disputes.

Requirements:
