Spotless Brands is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily car wash operations on assigned shifts. This is not a managerial role, but provides hands-on leadership experience and exposure to site operations under supervision.

The position emphasizes customer service, safety, and adherence to procedures, with responsibilities including directing a small team, operating equipment, and assisting with opening/closing procedures as a key holder.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Leadership experience in customer-facing or operational environments preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license preferred depending on location and responsibilities.
• Passing background check as per company policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks during shifts without managerial duties.
• Direct team members to follow procedures and standards.
• Greet customers and promote memberships and promotions.
• Safely operate car wash equipment and train others.
• Open/close procedures under supervision; secure site.
• Perform quality control of interior/exterior cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility.
