Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Broussard, LA is looking for a reliable team member to perform, lead, and supervise station duties across fountain & frozen, grill, front and back areas to deliver quality products and fast, friendly service to guests.

You’ll help with new employee orientation and training, enforce company policies, and maintain clean, safe work areas. The role requires strong multitasking, leadership, and communication skills, with a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• General restaurant knowledge required.
• Basic math and reading skills are essential.
• Effective verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to follow directions and multitask while leading.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru).
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform, lead, and supervise cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Regular attendance.
