Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience, preferred.
• Possess basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure environment by following Skyline policy and procedures.
• Trains, monitors and reinforces food safety procedures to Team Members; complies with health/sanitation regulations.
• Leads and demonstrates Skyline Time service and ensures all employees provide this level of hospitality.
• Supervises Team Members and prepares food to ensure quality products are served to guests; follow up on food prep and costs.
• Monitors labor usage against sales and acts when necessary.
• Executes, trains and monitors proper cash control procedures.
• Ensures proper training for Team Members through established training systems; provides ongoing coaching.
• Performs all functions of a production employee when needed.
• Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned.
