Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the restaurant during assigned shifts, deliver outstanding guest service, and develop team members while maintaining food quality and profitability.

This role supports the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager by ensuring cleanliness, speed of service, and a positive, high-energy work environment. Strong leadership and hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate others.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team during each shift.
• Coach team members on performance, procedures, and guest service.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment.
• Recognize strong performance and address opportunities immediately.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
• Monitor ticket times and production flow.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness inside and outside the building.
• Complete shift checklists and operational routines.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure proper product handling, cooking, holding, and storage.
• Maintain health department and company standards.
• Verify cash handling and security procedures are followed.
