Job summary

KFC in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our team during busy periods. You’ll drive operations, resolve guest concerns, and coach Team Members to uphold KFC’s standards of quality, speed, and friendliness.

You’ll partner with the management team on business initiatives, monitor food safety, manage cash and labor, and ensure a positive guest experience through strong leadership and seamless execution.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing KFC Connect Success Routine.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of shift tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive customer relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the RGM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control procedures.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, cooking and holding times.
